So, in the unlikely event you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason, simply return it in good condition within 60 days for a speedy refund... or for your choice of replacement piece. Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of receipt of returned art. It couldn’t be easier!

Custom Neon Signs: Due to the nature of custom handcrafted artwork, we cannot offer full refunds on custom signs. Instead, we offer a 50% store credit for all custom handmade items in the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This is our way of keeping our customers secured. We aren’t looking to make any profit on returns or exchanges.
